Missed Appointments

A fee of 50% of the proposed treatment will be charged for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.

Please note, a deposit made to the practice only holds the appointment and the cost of dental treatment may change as prices are reviewed annually.

 

Patients who wish to cancel dental appointments must do so with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. If less notice is given or the patient fails to attend the deposit is non-refundable. To read more on our cancellation policy, please click here.
